We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Times

• In-stock items: 2–5 business days
• Print-on-demand items: 3–10 business days

Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier.

Once an order has shipped, Rochester Anime Club is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
