By attending a Rochester Anime Club event, you agree to:

• Ensure cosplay props comply with venue safety requirements.

The following behavior may result in immediate removal without refund:

• Harassment
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Violence or threats
• Intoxication or illegal drug use
• Theft or vandalism
• Disruptive behavior

Photography & Media

By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken.

You grant Rochester Anime Club permission to use photographs or video containing your likeness for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

Merchandise

Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Some merchandise is produced through third-party print partners and may have slight variations in placement or manufacturing.
